If I could humbly add one piece of advice…
Occupational therapists (OT’s) are trained in assessing your needs (physical, mental, social, environmental).
They can also advice you on mobility aids, making your home accessible, and other self help devices.
In my country they also take care of a part of the admin process.
So if it is possible, find an OT to help you find the perfect mobility aid for you.
